Efficacy of Amniotic Suspension Allograft in Patients With Osteoarthritis of the Knee
This study is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ASA compared to placebo in the management of osteoarthritis (OA) symptoms of the knee.

Criteria
You may qualify for the study if you meet the following criteria
- Age 18 years or older
- Diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in your knee
- Have tried at least 2 treatments that didn’t work well (Acetaminophen, physical therapy, removal of excess fluid, etc)
- BMI less than 40
- Haven’t had knee surgery in the last year
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Should not have any surgeries planned for one year
- Be committed to be in the study for 52 weeks
