Clinical Research Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team and oversee the coordination, management, and execution of clinical research studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful completion of study objectives while adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical study patient visits and manage research studies.
- Supervise and mentor a team of clinical research coordinators.
- Develop and maintain study-specific documentation.
- Monitor study progress and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on study protocols and budgets.
- Assist in regulatory submissions and ethics applications.
- Maintain communication with study participants.
- Ensure proper data handling and storage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research.
- Certification in Clinical Research Coordination preferred.
- Knowledge of GCP guidelines and FDA regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Phlebotomy Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data capture systems.
